It's been over two weeks since former Teen Mom 3 star Briana DeJesus traveled down to South Florida to get a new butt, boobs and lady parts, and RadarOnline.com can exclusively report that she is healing wonderfully. Take a look at her naked transformation.
DeJesus's surgeon Dr. Michael Salzhauer, aka Dr. Miami, shared the 21-year-old reality start's two-week checkup on Snapchat—and talked to RadarOnline.com about her new bod.
"She looked good," he said of her Brazilian butt lift, breast augmentation and labiaplasty. "She looks amazing. The before and after is very impressive. Sometimes things turn out just perfect: the proportions, the waist, the booty, it looks really pretty."
DeJesus loves her new look too. "She was over the moon happy," Dr. Miami said. "It's really quite a dramatic difference."
"Very few women can be in their underwear and bra and do a 360 and be smiling," he noted. "She's definitely confident."
But DeJesus has to be careful how she exercises now. "Post BBL Brazilian butt life, patients do strength training mainly and cardio maybe three times a week," Dr. Miami explained. "If they do too much cardio, then the fat cells are going to shrink. I do want her to stay in shape and be fit, but maintain her weight and tone her muscles."
"The way it the butt plumps is, after about a month, the fat cells get happy in their little home and suck up fat like they would anywhere else in the body," he said. "The plumping is done on its own."
Dr. Miami also wants DeJesus to "eat clean" by avoiding fatty foods and junk in general.
And the scars from DeJesus's boob job are getting better as well. "Her scars look great," Dr. Miami noted.
"Her other stuff down there looks great too," Dr. Miami said. But DeJesus has to hold off from having sex for a while. "She can't use it for a month from the surgery," he said.
But when she does start becoming sexually active again, DeJesus won't feel any pain. "A lot of my patients say it makes them feel more confident in bed, which makes them a more confident lover," Dr. Miami said.
