Brian Williams' family was in the limelight Wednesday, as his wife Jane stepped out for the first time since his scandal broke, while daughter Allison called him "an honest man."
The embattled newscaster's daughter, Girls beauty Allison Williams, posted this shot with Kate Hudson at the Michael Kors show, proclaiming she was "back at it," and thanking her fans "for the love and support."
Williams' wife Jane was seen for the first time, in New York City on Wednesday, since the scandal broke.
With her mom in attendance, Allison Williams broke her silence about the tough times at 92Y, a nonprofit community center in New York City.
Williams hailed her dad as "an honest man" and "a truthful man," vowing to the public, "I know you can trust him."
Jane Williams works in the media world as well, as host and producer for Bloomberg EDU.
During her speech Wednesday, Allison Williams hailed her mother for being "so strong," and her father for having "always been there for us 100 percent of the time."
She said of the suspended NBC journalist: "I can't wait until he's back on TV and I know many of you guys feel that way."
