The duo was also spotted leaving the Novikov restaurant in Mayfair.
It was only a few months ago that Bradley split with longtime girlfriend Suki Waterhouse, reportedly because he was ready to settle down while she was ready to advance her career.
Irina is also recently single after splitting from soccer star boyfriend Cristiano Ronaldo.
