Bloomberg TV host Stephanie Ruhle knows how to do Halloween and this year was the year that topped them all!
As an anchor, Stephanie knows makeup, and wasn't afraid to get creative this year with help from Ricky's NYC.
She was definitely no regular vampire!

"My dinner partner, New York Times dining columnist Florence fabricant shared her favorite NYC eatery was le Bernadin, she seemed most interested in my 2inch long feather eyelashes," she said. "More evidence that deep down, we all love a good costume."
On the second day of Halloween, Ruhle hosted a soiree dressed as a broken doll with missing buttons, burst seems and tangles tresses.
She fit in perfect at Heidi Klum's bash at LAVO!
It was Halloween at her New York City home, too, with a massive, handmade spider web and miniature haunted house.
