Blake Lively is an undeniable beauty! But after dodging rhinoplasty rumors for over a decade, RadarOnline.com spoke exclusively to several of the nation’s leading plastic surgeons who believe the actress' nose looks drastically different than before she got her start on Gossip Girl. “Blake's nose appears more narrow in the bridge and the tip, suggesting a nasal surgery, or rhinoplasty. The surgery most likely consisted of narrowing the nasal bones and trimming the cartilage of her nasal tip. The more narrow nose better fits her face,” said NYC Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Matthew Schulman, who has not treated Lively.

“Overall the results look very natural, particularly because some small imperfections and asymmetries still exist,” Dr. Schulman, who has not treated Lively, told RadarOnline.com.

Dr. Michael A. Salzhauer aka Dr. Miami has worked on some of Hollywood’s biggest stars. Although he has not worked on hunky A-list actor Ryan Reynolds’ gorgrous wife, he told RadarOnline.com, “It does look like Blake Lively has had a rhinoplasty to slim her tip and make her bridge less wide!”

America’s Holistic Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Anthony Youn, also has also not worked on Lively. However, he agreed with his colleague and said, “It appears that, like much of Hollywood, Blake has had her nose done!”
