The 2016 Billboard Music Awards' Best, Worst & Wackiest Dressed Stars

Celebrities hit the red (or in this case pink) carpet at the 2016 Billboard Music Awards last night, and while some stars shimmered — others missed the mark.

Worst: Joe Jonas did not live up to brother Nick's style last night, wearing a tacky blue suit that was a little too, well, reflective.

Wackiest: Z LaLa took the word "volume" to the next level — but not in a good way.

Best: Ciara dared to bare some side boob in the classiest way possible, donning a revealing metallic gown as she arrived on the arm of fiancé Russell Wilson.

Wackiest: Internet personality Josh "The Fat Jew" Ostrovsky chose a very confusing outfit for his red carpet arrival, but would we expect anything less from him?

Best: Laverne Cox showed off her curves in a form-fitting gown reminiscent of old Hollywood starlets.

Worst: Kristen Bell went retro in a funky jumpsuit, but between it's dull black-and-blue coloring and overall shape, the look fell flat.

Wackiest: Tove Lo's boho-mermaid dress was very loud, but looked more like a wardrobe malfunction than fashion statement with it's see-through mesh.
