To The Left, To The Left! Beyonce Fans Strike Back After Fansite Posts Unedited Images Of Singer
Feb. 19 2015, Updated 12:43 p.m. ET
Beyonce's fan base was up in arms after raw photos of the "Crazy In Love" singer's L'Oreal ads leaked online, showing the singer's blemishes and imperfections.
The scandal unfurled when The Beyonce World, a fan site dedicated to the 33-year-old Houston native, posted more than 200 untouched images of the singer revealing blemishes and facial flaws.
But the backlash was quick and sharp against the site, as the majority social media feedback condemned the nature of the pics, supporting the superstar singer as a true beauty regardless of how much or little the images were edited.

The site subsequently released a statement saying, "Due to the disdain of the BeyHive, we have removed the photos," not wanting "to cause any drama," or "to start fan wars."
The images were initially taken for L'Oreal's Feria and Infallible lines.
Here is a look at the finished product; edited or not, Beyonce is clearly a beauty for the ages, with the talent to match.
