Beyoncé & Jay-Z Rush To German Hospital After Baby Runs High Fever

Beyoncé, 36, is taking no risks when it comes to her adorable children.
On June 29 in Germany, the singer and her husband Jay-Z, 48, were spotted running to the ER with one of their 1-year-old twins.
The stars stepped off a private plane and into a car before driving to the hospital.
They seemed to be avoiding attention when taking their baby in for treatment.

"One of the twins was running a fever, and Beyoncé always freaks out when it comes to the health of her children," a source exclusively told RadarOnline.com after the incident.
"The twin was treated and released. They are doing fine now."
RadarOnline.com readers know Beyoncé and Jay- are parents to Blue Ivy, 6, and 1-year-old twins Rumi and Sir.
Neither of them have spoken of the health scare.
