WORST: Anna Kendrick, we didn't need to see your midriff!  Her black J Mendel dress left us not knowing where to look with the awful cutouts on top and red patterned netted part in the center.  The Twilight star paired her look with Piaget’s Fan Elegance earrings in white gold and diamonds with black spinel, along with a Piaget Rose cocktail ring also in white gold with diamonds. Too busy!

June Squibb

Julia Roberts

// portrait px tall

WORST: Julia Roberts wasn't such a Pretty Woman in a black gown with a v-neck and lace insert in front.  The peplum skirt was a bit much on her long tall body.

Sally Hawkings

Sandra Bullock

Anne Hathaway

BEST: Anne Hathaway ruled as a warrior princess in Gucci on Oscar night.  She looked refreshingly different than the other stars as her metallic trend nod was in the form of a surprisingly flattering breast plate that fit her like a glove.

BEST: Lupita Nyong'o got the fashionistas cheering on the red carpet in a soft pastel blue Prada gown.  The feminine, light-as-air dress was cut low both in the back and front and Nyong'o explained to Ryan Seacrest it was a blue that reminded her of Nairobi, where the actress was born. Lupita accessorized like a princess, wearing a Fred Leighton 19th Century yellow gold and diamond coiled snake bracelet,  an 18k yellow gold Frog ring, a 19th Century yellow gold, pearl and diamond ring, a 19th Century yellow gold and opal ring, a 1960's 18k gold, turquoise, and diamond ring, an 18k yellow gold and rose-cut diamond spiked crescent earrings, and an 18k yellow gold and diamond headband.

Angelina Jolie

// portrait px tall

Jennifer Garner

// portrait px tall
