As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, Chastain, Scholly and Captain Lee Rosbach were the only crew members rehired to film the new season.
The break in filming comes at the perfect time, as Chastain announced on Instagram that she would be leaving the country for six weeks and RadarOnline.com reported that she was due in court later this month in regards to her domestic violence case.
The season got off to a rough start, as one of their production boats sank shortly upon arrival.
A rep for Bravo confirmed to RadarOnline.com that everyone was safe, but the cast did not mention the incident on their social media pages.
