Winter, 18, was busting out of a yellow tied bra top to the Coachella Music Festival on April 23, 2016.
Winter's butt hung out of the bottom of her Daisy Duke short shorts.
The Modern Family star's crocheted top revealed her breast reduction, a surgery she said "finally feels right."
The buxom brunette was with her boyfriend, Laurent Claude Gaudette, at the festival.
"I was a was a 32F and that was too big for me," Winter said before her surgery.
