Amber Rose is not “taking s**t anymore,” as she geared up for SlutWalk 2018. With almost 20 million Instagram followers, Muva is holding her annual event on October 6, 2018 in downtown Los Angeles with Spice, Saweetie and other performers joining the event. “Well, we’re not taking any s**t anymore,” Rose said in an interview with Bazaar magazine about the relevance of SlutWalk 2018. “We’re speaking up and we’re not scared just because these men are in higher positions or they have more money or they intimidate us.”

Rose explained why she first got involved in SlutWalk. “It was because I was sexually assaulted, I had been raped, and I was slut-shamed. I was victim blamed, as well. I didn’t really have words to those things that were happening to me until I started looking online and seeing things and realizing I wasn't alone, and that I now have a platform where I can help other women who are recovering and healing." Fashionnova is a new headline sponsor of SlutWalk 2018. Rose explained why she first got involved in the historic event.

I did not create the SlutWalk movement. I did, however bring it to the forefront for this generation. People remind of this daily, through their deliberate attacks and evil comments. It becomes extremely frustrating when brands are “inspired” ? by the movement and curate my actual life story and use it as a marketing tool.”

Rose dismissed critics of her sexy pics, telling Bazaar “If I want to show my a** on Instagram, I’m allowed to do that because it's my a** and it's my Instagram.”

Rose was outspoken about Bill Cosby after his sentencing, stating: ““Man, f**k the fact that he’s old, and f**k the fact that he was on TV. He is a sexual predator.”

The Amber Rose SlutWalk on October 6, 2018 will be concert and march in downtown Los Angeles.
