Amber Heard was only married to Johnny Depp for 15 months. But in new court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, she says it was the worst time of her life! "He has a short fuse. He is often paranoid and his temper is exceptionally scary for me, as it has many times proven to be physically dangerous and/or life-threatening to me," Heard alleged. "Johnny sic relationship with reality oscillates, depending on his interaction with alcohol and drugs."

Heard claims that on April 21, he showed up to a birthday party at their home "inebriated and high." As a "bad argument" developed, she claims he threw a magnum bottle of champagne at the wall, and a wine glass on her. "He then grabbed me by the hair and violently shoved me to the floor," she stated in the declaration.

She did not see him again for a month, she said in the declaration, but on May 21 he again arrived at home "inebriated and high." After an argument, she said, he threw a cellphone at her "striking my cheek and eye with great force." Heard called 911, but as RadarOnline.com reported cops determined that no crime occurred. The temporary restraining order was granted today, however.
