After welcoming the twins, the two were spotted in the Lake Como home, enjoying romantic tennis matches and midnight dinners.
While she looked gorgeous in all her outings with George, a source exclusively told RadarOnline.com that Amal totally freaked out over her 5 lb. weight gain, and was even asking pal Rachel Zoe for diet tips!
"Amal doesn't like weighing over 120 lbs." a source said. She "insists she's only trying to be healthy, but nobody's fooled by this — the reality is that she's getting ready to starve herself, right when she's starting to look healthy," added the insider. "Poor George must be very worried."
