George Clooney’s baby mama appears to be taking the whole “shed the baby weight” thing to a whole new level, according to new scary photos of Amal looking skeletal, obtained by RadarOnline.com. Sources reveal Mrs. Clooney has dropped 50 pounds in just five weeks — and she’s even skinnier now than before giving birth to twins! The 39-year-old’s arms look frighteningly thin — and a pal tells RadarOnline.com exclusively she's put herself on a punishing diet after her C-section on June 6!
“Amal keeps a food diary and has every steamed vegetable and piece of boiled chicken she eats weighed,” revealed an insider. “Carbs are still banned, even though she’s back on her feet.”
Another source spilled: “Amal’s been hitting the gym and doing cardio every day. She’s surviving on smoothies and caffeine with only lean fish or chicken as protein.”

When she isn’t in the gym, the high-powered human rights attorney run-pushes twins Alexander and Ella in a double stroller, and does core exercises, sources said.
Registered dietician and nutritionist Lisa DeFazio, who has not treated the star, says Amal needs to think about her health.
“She’s five-foot-nine and appears to weigh 112 pounds now,” said DeFazio. “She looks very thin — thinner than before her pregnancy.”
