According to court documents obtained by Radar, Heard wants to keep the couple's L.A. penthouse, where she claims Depp, 52, assaulted her on April 21 and May 21.

The court documents also state that she wants to keep the black Range Rover she drives, similar to the one seen here.

Heard also wants "exclusive possession" of the couple's dogs, Pistol and Boo. She tried to get a restraining order for the dogs today in L.A., but that was denied. A temporary restraining order against Depp was granted.
Heard's attorneys also requested that Depp give her roughly $100,000 in attorneys fees and $25,000 in forensic accounting fees, just to start.

She also wants temporary spousal support in the amount of $50,000, according to the paperwork.

However, Depp's attorney has hit back, saying "Amber is a successful model and actress who earns her own income and is capable of supporting herself."

Heard wants the court to rule for emergency relief, but Depp's attorney wrote in court documents that the matters "do not constitute an emergency."

What's more, Wasser claimed Heard, 30, is making her abuse allegations against Depp in the hopes of pressuring him to pay up.
