Jamie Lynn Spears' 'Zoey 101' Co-Star Alexa Nikolas Sues Ex-Husband For Sexual Battery, Claims He 'Forced Anal Penetration' On Her For One Year

Jamie Lynn Spears' former co-star Alexa Nikolas is suing her ex-husband for sexual battery, claiming he groomed her as a minor for his sexual pleasure only to convince her to marry him after "forcing anal penetration" on her for one year.

Alexa — who claims she first reached out to Milosh when she was 16 and he was 33 — says not only did the Canadian singer "utilize his power of authority and seniority" over her, but he also "terrorized, sodomized, and abused" her to "satisfy his prurient and economic desires."

Jamie Lynn's former on-screen friend makes it perfectly clear — she alleges he sexually groomed her "as a minor child, to manipulate her into trusting him."

Alexa claims they first connected on MySpace in 2008 after she reached out to him as a fan. The former Nickelodeon star says that despite the fact she was just a teen, Milosh was "flirtatious and sexual in nature."

She alleges that after gaining her trust, he "used his status in the industry, authority, seniority" and "fame" to sexually assault her.

"As a minor lacking experience with sexuality, Nikolas could not realize the acts of assault as they were occurring and instead, trusted Milosh, and followed his lead," the lawsuit states.

The actress also alleges that as a minor, Milosh requested racy photos of her, and she obliged — despite being "uncomfortable" with his request at times.

Alexa alleges she once sent him photos of her in her lacy underwear and revealed her butt. Things allegedly escalated when Milosh asked her to "undress" for him on Skype.

"Once again, relying on Milosh's authority and trust, Nikolas acquiesced, undressing herself and revealing her naked body to him numerous times. Nikolas was only 16 and 17 years old at the time while Milosh was 33 and 34," the documents claim.

Two years after they began conversing, Alexa and Milosh decided to allegedly meet following her 18th birthday.

According to the lawsuit, things turned physical when Milosh "supplied Nikolas with excessive alcohol to easily manipulate her" until she allegedly succumbed to him and took her clothes off.

"After Nikolas took off her clothing, Milosh immediately began digitally penetrating Nikolas' anus. Nikolas asked Milosh to stop, but he refused," the documents read.

The actress alleges, "Over the next two weeks, Milosh turned every sexual situation into one wherein he routinely crossed boundaries and forced anal penetration" upon her.

"Each time Nikolas saw Milosh over the next year, he would force anal penetration upon her," claims the lawsuit.

Still, she married him only to get divorced in 2019.

Alexa is suing for sexual battery, gender violence, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

She's asking for "past, present, and future general damages in an amount to be determined at trial."
