A woman in Ohio has been arrested after she allegedly impersonated a Child Protective Services worker to try to lure a 4-year-old boy to her home, RadarOnline.com has learned.

On June 17, Lisa Nacrelli, 44, allegedly knocked on the door of the victim’s home and claimed she worked for CPS, as Front Page Detectives reported.

Nacrelli was wearing a badge and asked to enter the victim’s home to perform an inspection because someone had filed a complaint against them, authorities said. The child’s mother, Jaimie Spradlin, claimed Nacrelli even knew all of her children’s names.

When Nacrelli left, she didn’t leave her contact information with the parents and they thought something felt off. They reviewed surveillance footage and allegedly saw Narcelli touch their son, put her arm around him and stroke his hair before she spoke with them, WCPO-TV reported.

The parents did some more research and determined Nacrelli was not, in fact, with Child Protective Services.

Jaimie told WCPO-TV, "Everything was a lie, and now we’re sitting here on top of being enraged that this even happened, terrified because I don’t know what her plan was."

Tim Spradin, the victim’s father, added, "It creeps us out a little bit, it's gut-wrenching."

When talking with police, Nacrellu allegedly said she had been drinking that day and walked to Kroger to get more beer, according to court records. On her way home, she allegedly said she saw a young child she felt wasn’t being supervised, so, in an attempt to scare the parent, she pretended to be from CPS.

Nacrelli lives near the child and his family and she allegedly asked him to come with her to her home three different times before he alerted his mother, authorities said.

On June 19, Narcelli was arrested and charged with criminal child enticement, the Norwood Police Department said. She was booked into the Hamilton County Justice Center.

On June 20, officials filed additional charges of burglary and impersonating an officer.

Narcelli was being held on $10,000 bond.
