The 30-year-old rapper kept a low profile in New York City as their baby news was splashed all over the Internet.
Travis was photographed walking the streets of the Big Apple alone on Friday while the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star is continuing to keep quiet about her pregnancy in her swanky Calabasas, CA home.
The Highest In The Room hitmaker looked somber and deep in thought while nearby paparazzi snapped away.
Keeping his head down, Travis wore loose-fitting jeans, a vintage Flubber t-shirt, a dark-colored baseball cap, and sneakers.
Rocking his signature braids and sleek watch, the father-to-be sported a thin goatee and kept quiet about the reports that Kylie is pregnant with their second child.
The young billionaire is said to be in the "very early stages" of her pregnancy, and she didn't hesitate to show off her bare belly just hours before several outlets confirmed the news.

As RadarOnline.com reported, Caitlyn Jenner sparked a firestorm after she seemingly confirmed Kylie's pregnancy ahead of the weekend by revealing she was expecting her 19th grandchild.
It seemed like someone on the KarJenner team tried to do damage control because hours later, it was revealed Caitlyn's son Burt is reportedly expecting his third child.
However, it was later revealed that the 24-year-old is actually pregnant with her second child.
According to insiders, Kylie's famous family is "thrilled" over the baby news.
As for the parents-to-be, they have yet to address the pregnancy. Kylie recently opened up about her desire to have more babies.
