Torture Of New York Man Including Shooting, Kicking In Teeth And Cutting His Tongue: DA

A New York man was murdered after being tortured that included shootings, mutilation and his teeth being kicked in, officials said.
The Chemung County District Attorney announced four men have now been charged in connection to the case.
