"Touch me. I'll f--king sue your ass," the driver said to the man filming.

"You called me a n----r. Did he call me a n----r?" the man filming asked another man who was standing to the driver's left.

"Yeah, yeah," the driver repeatedly stated. "Yeah, I did!"

The man filming then panned over to someone standing farther away near a gas pump, asking if he had heard the driver call him the N-word, too.

"He called me a n----r, right?" the man filming asked, panning back to the driver, who continued to own his remarks: "Yeah. Yeah! I did!"

The man who filmed the incident posted the video on Twitter, writing, "This @TMZ tour bus driver called me a n----r. Black people should avoid using this company."

One person responded, "One time it's appropriate to replace 'black' with 'all,'" while another added, "I wonder in what other positions racists occupy at @TMZ."

"TMZ allowed racist hate mongering on their website chat rooms for years. They're finally gone," noted someone else, while a fourth wrote, "Companies should screen people so this doesn't happen."

In response, the outlet posted a story claiming the driver was terminated following the incident.

"The TMZ tour was not in progress at the time, nor were there passengers onboard, when the incident happened Saturday morning," the story read. "The driver was not an employee of TMZ -- he worked for Exclusive Livery Service, the company that owns the bus which TMZ leases."

TMZ added, "We have been in contact with the owner of the bus company, who tells us the driver was swiftly fired for his intolerable conduct."

In an update posted an hour after the original story was published, the outlet claimed that "there was some sort of altercation during the incident, and LAPD is on the scene taking a report."

Radar has contacted the Los Angeles Police Department for comment.

The man who filmed the incident then shared TMZ's article on Twitter, writing, "I told him he was gonna get fired. He told me that TMZ needs him more than he needs TMZ."

Today, he tweeted, "If anyone is interested, TMZ tour bus has a job opening. They're looking for a new driver."
