Tarek El Moussa is getting a happy ending after all!
The 39-year-old Flip or Flop star was spotted having the time of his life with his fiancée Heather Rae Young as his ex-wife Christina Haack continues to struggle in her divorce from Ant Anstead.
Tarek was all smiles while packing on the PDA with his Selling Sunset fiancée in Maui earlier this week.
The reality star's couldn't keep their hands off each other during their beach outing.
Appearing shirtless in red bathing suit shorts, Tarek was caught kissing his bikini-clad bride-to-be on the sand.
The duo made sure to come up for air in order to explore the sea.
Photographed in goggles, the engaged couple got their snorkeling on together.
While Tarek and Heather couldn't hide their love for one another on the beach, his ex-wife can't say the same.
As RadarOnline.com reported, Christina begged a judge to sign off on her divorce after Anstead failed to appear in court.
In documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, the 37-year-old real estate flipper requested a "default and judgment" on April 30.
If granted, Christina would be able to legally divorce the 42-year-old Wheeler Dealers star without needing his response to the petition.
The two share an infant son, 6-month-old Hudson Anstead together.
Christina already requested joint custody in November.
The dissolution of her marriage isn't the only major change happening in Christina's life.
She recently put their $6 million Newport Beach home – which contains five bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms in its 4,804 square feet of living space – on the market.
Anstead gave Christina full ownership of the home after the two tied the knot in 2018.
Despite moving on quicker than Tarek, she announced her split from Anstead in September 2020.
"Ant and I have made the difficult decision to separate. We are grateful for each other and as always, our children will remain our priority. We appreciate your support and ask for privacy for us and our family as we navigate the future," she wrote on Instagram at the time.
Two months later, Christina filed for divorce.
