Scott Disick had plenty of women to keep him occupied amid his beef with a jeweler that got so heated he bailed on a club appearance.
RadarOnline.com obtained an exclusive photo showing the 38-year-old Keeping Up With The Kardashians star surrounded by a gaggle of women in New York, just hours before well-known celebrity jeweler Maksud Agadjani accused Disick of screwing him out of a lucrative business deal.
In the shot, Scott can be seen sporting his bleach-blond hair with his arms around a group of 20-somethings during a lunch date -- but it's not what you think.
While the KUWTK star made his first appearance since his ex-Kourtney Kardashian's rumored engagement to Travis Barker at Claudio's restaurant on Wednesday in Greenport, NY, he was scheduled to host an event at Gaffney's in Saratoga Springs on Friday -- but Disick bailed last minute following Maksud's threat.
We're told he was in a "gracious" frame of mind when he showed up at Claudio's with his three kids despite the drama with the jeweler brewing in the background.
Sources reveal Scott was a "lovely" guest who left a "generous" tip, even though he ordered nothing but a $12 pretzel.
RadarOnline.com is told Scott appeared to be in a great mood and offered to take a photo with the restaurant's helpful staff.
In the photo, Scott is seen wearing bright blue board shorts and a Kourtney-approved green tie-dye tee.
Sporting sunglasses and his best poker face, the reality TV personality took a moment away from the table to pose with five of the beloved establishment's staff members.

While Scott didn't sport a smile, the women looked more than happy with the celebrity sighting.

Muksad -- who is the founder of the beloved jewelry store TraxNYC -- claims he gave Scott a few bracelets in exchange for a promo but alleges Disick didn't hold up his end of the bargain.
To make matters worse, the jeweler also claims one of Scott's associates called and threatened him.
