A boys' weekend must have been just what the doctor ordered for Justin Bieber's 40-year-old manager because he looked like he was living his best life without his wedding ring on.
Scooter not only ditched his ring, but he also left his problems in Los Angeles behind.
The music mogul -- whose client list includes Ariana Grande, Demi Lovato, and more mega-stars -- let loose in Cabo over the weekend with a group of about a dozen for a friend's birthday.
Scooter shared several shots from their wild time on the beach, appearing to be unbothered about his marriage falling apart.
The Hollywood businessman was seen with a smoking and shirtless Bieber, drinking with his bros, and dancing in the ocean -- all while sporting a huge smile on his face and a bare ring ringer.
But the boys' trip didn't consist of just the guys.
Scooter didn't hesitate to grab a gaggle of women and pose for fun party photos.
"Great night with the squad. And why do I make that face to when I’m killing it on the dance floor," he playfully captioned a set of party pics.

While there were tons of friends that gathered for the Cabo birthday trip, Scooter's estranged wife was a no-show.
While the famous manager and his wife of 7 years have yet to comment on the split, RadarOnline.com is told their marriage has been on the rocks for months, and things aren't looking good.
That didn't stop Scooter from trying to hide their problems with a very public Instagram post last week.

A source told the outlet that Scooter and Yael are still trying to salvage their marriage, but RadarOnline.com has learned it might be too late.
