Flashing his pearly whites, the dad of two remained cool as a cucumber in the first sighting since his legal battle took a turn for the worst.
In May, Simmons sued Kimora and Leissner, accusing them of unlawfully transferring funds owned by him into their own account in 2018.
Simmons' claimed the duo conspired against him and used the money to pay off Leissner's legal and bail fees related to his money laundering case.
Kimora's husband pled guilty to criminal conspiracy to commit money laundering for his role in the scandal involving the Malaysian wealth fund 1MDB.
Per this plea deal, Leissner agreed to pay back $44 million to avoid jail time.
Kimora fired back, claiming Simmons was harassing her and trying to freeze assets that don't belong to him.
Meanwhile, his legal issues with his ex-wife aren't the only troubles the disgraced mogul has faced.
Simmons has been accused of sexually assaulting numerous women. Following the accusations, he stepped down from his role at Def Jam and move to Bali.
