The 56-year-old Real Housewives of New York star was caught packing on the PDA with a mystery man in the Big Apple on Thursday.
Luann couldn't hide her happiness and was photographed smiling from ear to ear.
The beloved Bravo personality showed off her killer frame, wearing a crop top, low-cut jeans, and sneakers.
Her mystery man stood out like a sore thumb.
Wearing a bright pink shirt, the unidentified male couldn't keep his hands off of Lu.
In photos obtained by Daily Mail, he was seen squeezing the RHONY star tightly before going in for a kiss.
The duo reportedly celebrated with a shopping trip that included a run to Nike, J.Crew, and an ice cream shop.
He's already doing boyfriend duties too.
The mystery man released Luann out of his grip to snap a photo of her in front of NBC Studios.

Holding her hands up in the air and flashing her flat stomach, Luann was clearly enjoying her day.
The RHONY star was even photographed holding hands with the gentleman as they walked the New York City streets.
Luann revealed she was single last month after a brief fling with Garth, who is a personal trainer.
He reportedly broke things off before the holidays and is already dating a much younger woman.
Their relationship didn't last long.
Lu confirmed they were dating in November and told Radar, "We stopped dating since before the holidays and I only wish him well."
Popular celebrity gossip Instagram account Deuxmoi posted an anonymous tip claiming Garth is now dating a 19-year-old blonde who's currently in college.
“Luann de Lessep’s personal trainer/boyfriend Garth (as seen in the new RHONY trailer) is allegedly dating college bombshell and Sag Harbor socialite Jacqueline Leahy," the tip read.
Here's the kicker -- she allegedly has ties to one of Lu's RHONY co-stars.
“Jacqueline is rumored to be close family friends with Sonja Morgan, so this is something that could really blow up this season," the insider added.
