'RHOBH' Producers 'Prepared To Turn Over Erika Jayne’s Unaired Show Footage To Court' In Embezzlement Investigation
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills producers are reportedly prepared to hand over unaired footage of the show to the court in the embezzlement investigation surrounding Erika Jayne and her estranged husband, Thomas Girardi.
"Producers are aware the legal case is only going to intensify and are prepared, if asked by the courts, to help the discovery process by releasing unaired footage and multimedia featuring the Girardis," a source told The Sun.
"Producers have been advised by their legal team they may be forced to turn over any footage or audio which may help the court get a clearer picture of the case," their insider stated, adding the reason is "because much of the wealth she flaunted early on in the series is believed by so many to have come from the Lion Air crash victims."
According to the outlet, producers love Erika but have a moral obligation to do the right thing.
"Producers are on Erika's side because they have had, up until this point, a good working relationship with her, but they want to help the case and do what's right," sources added.
Girardi -- who was once a high-profile attorney in Las Angeles -- is being accused of stealing millions from clients, including the families of Lion Air crash victims.

They believe Girardi used the money to help fund Erika’s lavish lifestyle and singing career. They claim the duo's divorce is a sham and accuse Jayne of helping to hide assets.
Erika reportedly feels "betrayed" by RHOBH producers, with sources alleging she doesn't feel like they have her back during her legal issues.
On the episode, fans watched as the XXpen$ive singer snapped on co-star Garcelle Beauvais when she told the ladies that Girardi calls Erika "every day."
What fans didn't see -- at least according to Lisa Rinna -- was the shouting match that allegedly went down between Erika and producers.
Rinna claims Erika got into a "screaming fight" with the Bravo team after she was triggered in Palm Springs.
After the episode aired, Rinna took to social media and wrote, "Dang it ... I wish they had shown the screaming fight between the producer and Erika last night on the show in La Quinta. Now that would have been epic TV. Too Bad.” She also included the line that her frenemy Denise Richards made famous last season: "Bravo Bravo f**king Bravo!"
