'RHOBH' Star Lisa Rinna Sued By Paparazzi Agency For $1.2 Million After Allegedly Stealing Photos Of Herself
Erika Jayne isn't the only Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star that's facing legal issues. Her reality TV bestie Lisa Rinna has been sued by a paparazzi agency after allegedly stealing photos of herself and sharing them with fans.
In a lawsuit obtained by RadarOnline.com, the photo agency Backgrid says Rinna posted "at least eight" photos of herself that don't belong to her.
The company claims they own the pictures of the RHOBH star, and she willfully infringed on their copyrights.
Backgrid says not only did Rinna post the photos, she "contributed to the reproduction, distribution and public display" by encouraging her 2.7 million Instagram fans to share them.
They point out how incredibly popular Rinna is among her followers on social media, revealing her posts are often seen by hundreds of thousands.
In February, Backgrid says they sent a demand letter to the RHOBH star's attorney -- but "the parties were unable to resolve the dispute."
The company claims they've "suffered substantial economic damage" because of Rinna's actions, and they are suing for $1.2 million in statutory damages.
Backgrid is also demanding the RHOBH star pay for their legal fees.

Rinna now follows suit with stars like Jessica Simpson, Dua Lupa, and more who have been sued by photo agencies for posting pictures of themselves.
RadarOnline.com has reached out to Rinna's rep for comment.
Of course, this is just chump change when compared to the embezzlement allegations her RHOBH co-star faces.
Erika filed for divorce from Thomas Girardi in November.
Girardi -- who was once a high-profile attorney in Las Angeles -- is being accused of stealing millions from clients, including the families of Lion Air crash victims.
They believe Girardi used the money to help fund Erika’s lavish lifestyle and singing career.
As RadarOnline.com reported, the housewife has agreed to cooperate in the embezzlement investigation involving Girardi. For her part, she will testify and turn over financial records.
RHOBH fans have watched her divorce and the allegations play out in front of cameras during this season, with Rinna being there for Erika every step of the way.
