Erika Jayne is trying to get a piece of her old life back amid embezzlement allegations and her nasty divorce battle with Thomas Girardi.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star was spotted back in the studio, dancing through her legal drama at a West Hollywood, CA studio on Wednesday.
The natural-born performer looked right at home in her element, reclaiming her powerful alter ego just hours before breaking down on the latest Bravo episode.
Erika posted a clip, showing off her moves while busting it down to BIA's Whole Lotta Money.
The XXpen$ive singer didn't miss a beat, and looked better than ever on the dance floor.
This appeared to be Erika's first time back in the studio because she posted a caption reading, "Haven't moved in 16 months."
That was before Covid and her legal issues.
Her choreographer and real-life bestie Mikey Minden was the first to post Erika's dancing videos.
He seemed impressed with the RHOBH star's moves, saying, "So good to be back in the studio with you!"
Upon her exit, Erika Jayne was bombarded by cameramen who asked her questions about her co-stars' support amid the embezzlement allegations.
Fans have watched her divorce with Girardi and their legal issues play out on the latest RHOBH season.
In an upcoming clip, it appears that some of the housewives are divided on whether they believe Erika's story that she had no idea about Girardi's money trouble.
“I really don’t give a f–k if they do or they don’t,” Erika told the photographer.
When asked who her biggest supporter was, the singer replied, "Me!"
On Wednesday's episode, RHOBH viewers watched as Erika broke down following the news they froze all of Tom's assets.
She alleged his health was declining. Erika also told a bizarre tale about a car accident Girardi was involved in four years ago that left her co-stars and fans with questions.
In 2017, Erika revealed Tom was in an accident but she left out important details that she's now fessing up to -- for example, he allegedly drove off a cliff and was unconscious for 12 hours.
Girardi -- who was once a high-profile attorney in Las Angeles -- is being accused of stealing millions from clients, including the families of Lion Air crash victims
They believe Girardi used the money to help fund Erika’s lavish lifestyle and singing career. They claim the duo's divorce is a sham and accuse Jayne of helping to hide assets.
