An 18-year-old Pennsylvania man will spend up to 10 years in prison after pleading guilty to raping a mentally disabled boy in the woods last year, RadarOnline.com has learned.

On Oct. 15, 2022, a juvenile informed Pennsylvania State Police that David Michael Heck made him engage in sexual acts in a wooded area, as Front Page Detectives reported.

Two passersby reportedly saw Heck naked, and when they confronted him, he fled.

The witnesses also saw the victim, who told them Heck assaulted him, according to WTAJ-TV.

The witnesses said the victim was “visibly upset and crying,” the Centre Daily Times reported.

On the same day as the assault, Heck reportedly went to the victim’s house and claimed to be the victim’s friend and a volunteer firefighter, authorities said.

On July 20, a judge sentenced Heck to a minimum of five years in prison and a maximum of 10 years behind bars after he pleaded guilty to rape of a child, court records state.

Prosecutors dropped two counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse of a person with a mental disability, corruption of minors and indecent assault of a person less than 13 years of age.

During his sentencing, Heck told the judge, “Wish me luck,” the Centre Daily Times reported.

The judge did not wish him luck.
