Nicki Minaj is being sued by the woman her husband was convicted of trying to rape in 1995.
Kenneth Petty's rape victim Jennifer Hough filed a lawsuit on Friday against the Anaconda rapper and her husband.
According to the lawsuit obtained by RadarOnline.com, Jennifer is accusing Nicki of "directly and indirectly intimidated" her in an alleged attempt to get Hough to "recant her legitimate claim that Defendant Petty raped her."
Not only does Jennifer claim that the rapper has "threatened" and "harassed" her, but she also alleges Nicki's associates reached out to her family and reportedly used her wealth to try to influence them.
In the lawsuit, Jennifer alleges that Nicki and Kenneth had their people offer money to her family -- and even went as far as "offering to have Defendant Minaj record a birthday video for Plaintiff’s daughter."
According to the docs, members of the couple's inner circle allegedly offered Jennifer's family members in New York "$500,000.00 in exchange for Plaintiff recanting her 1994 rape claim against Defendant."
Jennifer says her family has also experienced "threats of physical bodily harm."
Jennifer -- who now lives in Georgia -- says the harassment didn't stop with her.
She also accuses Nicki and Kenneth's associates of "stalking and harassing Plaintiff’s twenty-two-year-old daughter while her daughter was out with friends in Georgia."
In the lawsuit, Jennifer outlines a call she reportedly got from Nicki, who allegedly said she heard Hough "was willing to 'help out' their situation." She claims Nicki stated that she would fly Plaintiff and her family to Los Angeles," but she declined the offer.
She's suing Nicki and her husband for intentional infliction of emotional distress, harassment, and witness intimidation. She's also suing Kenneth for sexual assault in connection with the '95 rape.
