Jaw-Dropping Photos Of Kyle Richards And Mauricio Umansky's Colossal Turks And Caicos Vacation Villa

Following Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards' week-long stay at a Turks and Caicos mansion with fellow Bravolebs Teresa Giudice, Melissa Gorga, Cynthia Bailey, Kenya Moore, Luann de Lesseps and Ramona Singer, her husband came to play.
Only in the universe of Housewives does one need a vacation after a vacation, but such was the case for Kyle, who skipped on over to another massive oceanfront villa to meet Mauricio Umansky after filming a highly anticipated and first-of-its-kind miniseries, The Real Housewives All-Stars.
It's no surprise that Umansky's incredibly successful real estate firm – The Agency – provided both mansions, and even though we know these ladies (and gentleman) reside in only the finest of accommodations, the photos still blew us away.
Once filming wrapped, Kyle and Mauricio found refuge at Wymara Villa 5107 – an open-concept, four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom, 8,260-square-foot Caribbean-chic oasis, complete with refined finishing and signature architecture by internationally renowned design firm Coast Architects.
And it could all be yours for a cool $5.25 million.
Residents and guests alike are welcomed by a private courtyard with covered lounge and swimming pool. Once inside, they're met with unobstructed views of the Caicos Banks, as the villa is encompassed by floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors.
A second pool – an oceanfront infinity edge pool – can be found out back. It guides residents to a sunken fire pit and lounge, then down to an above-water sundeck, all located out over the cliff's edge.
Kyle and Mauricio also had only the best when it came the residence's technology systems, as it's equipped both indoors and outdoors with high-end audio and video equipment, including Apple TV and Sonos Stereo. (Only the finest for Kyle to be able to keep up with currently airing episodes of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, The Real Housewives of Atlanta and The Real Housewives of Dallas.)
Considering how hot they're both looking these days, we don't doubt they spent a little time in the villa community's on-site gym, too.
And by the way, private catering is available. Can you even?
As with most of the residences in the Wymara Villas development, 5107 includes the additional amenities of reception, a lap pool, a tennis court and a club house featuring a game room, a sauna and steam room.
The villa where the Beverly Hills power couple stayed also has access to all facilities at the Wymara Turks and Caicos Hotel on Grace Bay. A short, on-demand shuttle from the villa to the hotel provides residents and guests access to Stelle and Zest Restaurants, the award-winning Spa and Wellness Center, as well as all of the beach services and equipment.
