Marilyn Manson is asking the court to throw out Game Of Thrones actress Esmé Bianco's sex assault lawsuit.
The 52-year-old shock rocker's legal team claims her statute of limitations is up and calls her allegations "twisted tales," which they say she's drummed up as part of a "coordinated attack" on Manson.
According to Manson's lawyers, Esmé "spent months plotting, workshopping, and fine-tuning ... twisted tales that bear no resemblance to reality."
The actress alleges she was assaulted by Manson.
Esmé claims the musician tied her up, hit her with a whip, and cut her with a Nazi knife during an alleged 2009 attack.
Manson -- whose real name is Brian Warner -- is firing back in new documents, alleging all of his sexual encounters have been consensual.
As RadarOnline.com reported, the 'GoT' star sued Manson in April 2021.
Esmé claims The Dope Show singer coerced her out to Los Angeles under the pretense of working together.
According to the actress, Manson claimed he wanted her to appear in his music video, I Want to Kill You Like They Do in the Movies, but he did not book her a hotel.
Instead, the so-called set was his home where he allegedly expected Esmé to stay and "be on-call 24/7." He also reportedly had no crew on hand to back up production.
In the lawsuit, she says she was sleep deprived and was not given food for four days.
Esmé claims she was instructed to wear lingerie around the house and was given drugs and alcohol.
Manson also reportedly “threatened and physically” beat her, as well as allegedly rape her.
The rocker's attorneys are fighting back, claiming the lawsuit should be dropped because the statute of limitations has run out.
Esmé isn't the only actress who has come out with allegations against Manson.
Evan Rachel Wood -- along with more than a dozen women -- has accused the rockstar of abuse.
As for Esmé, "she deals with complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, anxiety, depression, and panic attacks to this day as a result," claim her lawyers in court documents.
