Lori Loughlin and her husband Mossimo Giannulli are looking for some rest and relaxation after serving their separate prison sentences.

The Full House star and her fashion designer hubs want to take their daughters -- Isabella, 22, and Olivia, 21 -- on a family vacation to Mexico but they need a federal judge to sign off on it first. 

In documents obtained by Radar, the disgraced couple of 24 years are begging the judge in their college admissions scandal case to give them permission to leave the country and head to San Jose Del Cabo, Mexico this summer.

They are asking the judge to grant their travel dates from June 16 to June 21, and cite their desire "to spend time with her family."

Lori's letter makes it clear -- she feels she's been abiding by the terms of her release.

"Ms. Loughlin has remained in compliance during her term of supervised release," the letter states, adding the Fuller House actress has presented herself "respectfully" and "cooperatively" during every interaction with her probation officer.

She was quick to point out that she's "satisfied her fine" of $150,000 and completed all of the community service hours she was slapped with during her sentencing.

According to the document, Lori Loughlin's probation officer is totally on board with the trip down south.

"The Probation Office in the Central District of California is in support of the above requested travel," the paperwork reads.

In May 2020, Lori Loughlin plead guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud.

She was sentenced to two months in prison and served her time at the correctional facility in Dublin, California.

The actress was released on December 28, just two days shy from her official release date.

As for Mossimo, he was released early on April 2 and sentenced to serve the remainder of his five-month sentence under home confinement.

He was done with home confinement later that month. 

Their precious vacation time now lands in the hands of the judge, who will make the decision on whether the famous and now free couple can head to Mexico.
