Lisa Vanderpump Unbothered In First Sighting Since Woman Sued Ex-'RHOBH' Star's Dog Foundation Claiming Puppy Gave Her Cringeworthy Case Of Worms

Lisa Vanderpump doesn't seem to care if one of her puppies from her dog foundation allegedly gave a woman a cringeworthy case of worms -- she's having too much fun hitting the town with NSYNC singer Lance Bass.
The 60-year-old former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star was spotted for the first time since her dog rescue was sued over disgusting allegations, and she appeared not to have a care in the world.
Vanderpump was photographed hanging all over her famous best friend as the duo enjoyed dinner at The Ivy in Los Angeles.
The restaurant entrepreneur held her head high and wore a smile on Wednesday amid the grotesque allegations.
Flaunting her wealth, Vanderpump was photographed wearing a Fendi blazer -- worth almost $2,000 -- and clutching her oversized designer handbag.
Despite dining at the ritzy establishment on Robertson Boulevard with her husband, Ken Todd, and Michael Turchin, who is married to Lance, the socialite held tightly onto her BFF's arm while making her exit past photographers.
Vanderpump is clearly not sweating the bizarre lawsuit that made headlines last week.
As RadarOnline.com reported, Vanderpump Dogs is being sued after allegedly selling a worm-infested dog that later passed the parasite to its owner.
This isn't your average case of worms either.
According to the legal documents, the woman alleges after taking the dog home from Vanderpump's West Hollywood location, she herself began expelling "live worms and eggs from her mouth, vagina, and anus."
The woman claims she was diagnosed with intestinal parasites. She also says she was forced to get strong medication because of the seriousness of the parasite infection.
The female alleges she's been beyond traumatized from the emotional ordeal and suffers from nightmares because of it.
She is suing Lisa's Vanderpump Dog Foundation -- which was heavily publicized on her show, Vanderpump Rules -- for negligence and fraud.
RadarOnline.com has reached out to Lisa Vanderpump's rep and the dog foundation for comment. So far, no word back on the wormy matter.
