Kim Kardashian Rushes Son Saint To The Hospital Without Estranged Husband Kanye West After 5-Year-Old Breaks His Arm 'In A Few Places'
Kim Kardashian is "not okay" after making an impromptu rush to the hospital with one of her children and without her estranged husband, Kanye West.
The 40-year-old Keeping Up With The Kardashians star's Thursday turned upside down when five-year-old Saint West suffered a gut-wrenching — and painful — injury.
Kim posted from inside the hospital, which showed her oldest son with Kanye being wheeled around the hallways by his famous mom in a wheelchair.
Saint can be seen cradling his arm while icing it down with an ice pack.
Posting the photo to her Instagram Story, Kim described the emotional rollercoaster she faced while watching her son in pain.
"Who do you think cried more today?" Kim asked in the caption of Saint's wheelchair-bound photo.
"My baby broke his arm in a few places today. I'm not ok," she added. Kim did not give specifics on what happened to cause the break.
She later posted a close-up of Saint's arm in a black cast. "Poor baby," Kim commented while also dropping a sad face emoji.
Saint is Kim's second child with Kanye. The soon-to-be divorcée also shares three other children — North, 8, Chicago, 3, and Psalm, 2.

While Kim played doting mama in the hospital, her estranged husband was nowhere to be seen.
Last week, Kanye was attempting to go incognito from the paparazzi in Berlin, Germany.
Wearing a ski mask over his entire face, the Donda rapper dressed in all black with a look straight out of a serial killer's closet.
He disappeared into a museum and emerged with his estranged wife's initials plastered across his chest.
While Kim showed him support over his long-awaited Donda album release, the music dug up some painful pasts from their marriage — including Kanye seeming to confirm he cheated on her.
In his song Hurricane in which Ye raps, "Here I go actin’ too rich / Here I go with a new chick / And I know what the truth is / Still playin’ after two kids / It’s a lot to digest when your life always movin’."
An insider told The Sun, "It was no secret among those who worked closely with Ye that he'd cheated after Saint was born."
Adding, "On his Saint Pablo Tour, he was flipping out in front of his team, confessing to sleeping with girls behind Kim's back, he even said he'd been f---ing groupies and went into insane detail about his sex sessions."
Kim filed for divorce from Kanye in February after six years of marriage.
