Kim Kardashian In War With Neighbors Over Underground Bunker, Residents Claim She's Putting Their Safety At Risk With Construction Near Home She Shared With Kanye West
Kim Kardashian isn't having a good week. Hours after spending the day in the hospital without her estranged husband Kanye West, the 40-year-old Keeping Up With The Kardashians star has been hit with complaints about construction near their family home.
According to reports, the neighbors near the Hidden Hills, CA mansion that she once shared with Kanye are pleading with a judge to order their ritzy homeowners association to stop Kim from constructing an underground bunker.
It's not because they are jealous of Kim's underground tavern.
In the legal documents, one neighbor claims she's putting the residents at risk because she's doing construction near high-pressure gas lines.
The person even compares Kim's home to that of the 1994 movie, Richie Rich. They say Kim's construction doesn't just stop at the bunker.
According to documents, Kanye's ex also plans to build a wellness center, underground parking structure, and a detached guardhouse.
Kim's neighbors are pissed and allegedly fired off a slew of letters to the Hidden Hills Community Association.
They want the association to put a stop to her plan to “flatten two hills” and build on “top of two high-pressure gas transmission lines.”

"Hidden Hills community members at risk of catastrophic bodily injury and irreparable real personal property damage," one resident claims.
They also believe "these two development projects may cause loss of a life.”
Kim is probably not worried about her neighbors' complaints after revealing she spent her Thursday in the hospital with her 5-year-old son, Saint.
As RadarOnline.com reported, her second child with Kanye broke his arm "in a few places."
While Kim played dotting mom and cried all day, Saint's daddy was nowhere to be seen.
Posting a photo pushing Saint in a wheelchair as he cradled his injured arm, Kim wrote, "Who do you think cried more today?"
While she didn't reveal how Saint broke his arm — but we can guess why Kanye stayed away.
Kim may have seemed supportive during his third Donda listening party, but the music dug up some painful pasts from their marriage — including Kanye appearing to confirm he cheated on her.
