What a headache!

Khloé Kardashian got fed up and clapped back at a person who blasted the reality star’s appearance in a new commercial for the migraine medicine Nurtec.

The Twitter tit-for-tat drama started on June 6 when someone with the handle Marsha Coupe asked, “Does research indicate that the more plastic surgery someone has the more likely they are to suffer from migraines?”

Marsha Coupe then cattily followed up with: “What kind of pharmaceutical company chooses someone who has had so much plastic surgery they look like an alien, as their spokesperson?”

Kardashian, 36, wasn’t having the slight and fired back a response the next day.

“Sorry you feel that way,” the Keeping Up with the Kardashians alumna tweeted on June 7.

“You have every right to block/mute me,” Kardashian continued. “I am trying to help many out there who suffer in silence. [You are] completely entitled to your opinions. Just as I am mine.”

Kardashian then noted Coupe’s Twitter bio, which lists: “Feminist • Socialist • Enthusiast”

“I don’t think you should refer to yourself as a feminist if you are attacking a woman unprovoked,” Kardashian blasted.

Minutes later, Kardashian followed up with another tweet, this time to explain why she began working with Nurtec.

“I’ve been suffering since the 6 grade,” she wrote. “This is the first time ever that I found a medication that has consistently worked for me. I’ve tried everything. All I want to do is help even a handful of [peeps]. So if others want to be mean… I’ll take it as long as I can help some others.”
