Kenya Moore's divorce went under the RadarOnline.com for months, but she still acted like she had the picture-perfect family with Marc Daly weeks after filing to end their marriage.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta star snuck away for some quality family time to the Caribbean with her soon-to-be ex-husband and their two-year-old daughter, Brooklyn, in June, despite filing for divorce in May.
Smiling and appearing like everything was peachy between them, Kenya posted a sweet shot of the happy trio and gave no signs her marriage was coming to a close.
Showing off her snatched figure in a snakeskin daring one-piece with racy cutouts, the Georgia peach looked like she was beaming with Marc and Brooklyn by her side.
The RHOA star's now-estranged husband was even leaning into his ex, not at all signaling there was trouble in paradise.
Posing with their baby girl sandwiched between them, Kenya tagged them at a waterpark in The Bahamas -- making her followers unaware she had just pulled the plug on her marriage weeks prior to their family vacation.
She even captioned the adorable shot by writing, "Family Time!"
As RadarOnline.com reported, Kenya is battling Marc over custody of Brooklyn.
According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, the Bravo star listed their date of separation as September 19. 2019. Kenya claims they have lived in a “bonafide state of separation since that date.”
Kenya says her marriage to Marc is “irretrievably broken” with no hopes of reconciliation, despite tying the knot on June 10, 2017.
When it comes to Brooklyn, the RHOA star is demanding sole physical and legal custody of their only child. Kenya even begged the judge to put a temporary order in place during an emergency hearing in which her lawyers claimed, “To date, there are various issues impacting the care, safety, and well-being of the minor child that could be continuously impacted if not addressed at least on a ‘Temporary’ basis. Without assistance and direction for this Honorable Court, it is our belief that the un-resolved matters as to the minor child will continue, and could become irreparable.”
Marc responded to Kenya’s petition, making it clear he wants joint legal custody of Brooklyn but is onboard with his ex having primary custody.
