Kelly Clarkson Smells The Roses, Unbothered In First Photos As Divorce From Brandon Blackstock Gets Nasty, Ex Fighting Singer Over Prenup
Kelly Clarkson doesn't look fazed despite millions of dollars being on the line in her divorce battle.
The 39-year-old country star was seen for the first time since begging a judge to make her legally single as she continues to fight Brandon Blackstock over their prenup.
Clarkson appeared laid-back and casual amid the chaos at the Flower Market in Downtown L.A. ahead of the weekend.
Proving that she's leaning on family and friends during her divorce, the talk show host -- who is said to be taking over for Ellen DeGeneres -- shopped for the finest flowers the city had to offer with her sister, Alyssa, and her pals.
Clarkson attempted to go incognito by wearing a mask, but her loud outfit couldn't hide from photographers.
The star wore an orange flowing dress with busy patterns but opted to slip into jeans instead of showing off her bare legs.
Accessorizing with flats and a winter-approved Chanel bag, Clarkson appeared cheery while shopping with her closest confidants.
She even walked away with two handfuls of flowers.
This was her first outing since asking the judge in her divorce to declare her legally single.

As RadarOnline.com reported, Clarkson is pleading with a judge to help her move on from her soon-to-be ex-husband.
In court documents filed by Clarkson’s powerhouse lawyer, Laura Wasser, the singer stated their issues with child custody and property will be settled at a later date.
Clarkson and Blackstock are currently in a bitter feud over their prenuptial agreement.
One report states, Brandon is allegedly challenging the validity of the agreement and thinks he's owed a bigger chunk of Clarkson's estate.
The former couple shares two children -- 6-year-old River and 4-year-old Remy.
In November, the judge awarded Clarkson primary custody.
But Brandon is demanding support from his superstar former wife.
He filed documents asking for $436,000 a month in support. He believes Clarkson should pay him $301,000 a month in spousal support and another $135,000 a month for child support.
Things got even nastier when Clarkson accused her ex of defrauding her out of millions. Brandon worked as her personal manager during their marriage. Kelly claims she looked into her finances and found fishy numbers.
Clarkson also alleges Blackstock didn't have the proper license to be managing her. She wants all money she paid her ex during the 13 years he served as her manager returned.
