Karoline Leavitt was the latest MAGA star to join the TPUSA spring college campus tour.

Karoline Leavitt carried on the late Charlie Kirk’s legacy with a blistering takedown of left-wing critics at Turning Point USA’s spring college tour kickoff in Washington, D.C., RadarOnline.com can reveal.

The White House press secretary was a special guest at George Washington University, joining Charlie's widow, Erika Kirk, onstage, where she called a question about the SAVE America Voter ID Act "frankly insulting."

Erika Kirk and Karoline Leavitt listened intently to the student's question at the TPUSA event.

After a long session, the pair agreed to take one more question from the audience, which came from a man who identified himself as a GWU student.

He cited a study claiming there have only been "a few hundred cases of voter fraud since 1982 out of hundreds of millions of votes."

The man alleged there are millions of "Americans who do not have easy access to proof of citizenship. So my question to you is, is it worth it to risk millions of Americans' voting to prevent a few hundred cases of voter fraud?" to which Leavitt launched a blistering response after the query was met with a round of both cheers and boos.

Karoline Leavitt Said It's 'Absolutely Absurd' that Voter ID Is Not Already the 'Law of the Land'

Karoline Leavitt has been Donald Trump's press secretary during his second term as president.

"No, no need to boo. It's an honest question. I'm happy to give you an honest answer," cool and collected Leavitt replied.

While noting she'd want to check the data and study the man provided for "accuracy in the way that you're citing it," Donald Trump's press secretary bluntly asked him, "Why are you so okay with any voter fraud in the United States of America?"

Pausing for a wild round of cheers and applause, Leavitt continued, "We are the greatest country on the face of the earth. And we should have the safest and most secure elections of any country on earth. And it is absolutely absurd that voter ID is not the law of the land in this country already," adding that more than 80 percent of Americans believe a piece of ID should be provided when casting a ballot in a U.S. election.

Karoline Leavitt gave a powerful defense of the SAVE America Act.

"And that is all the SAVE America Act is asking people to do to prove you're a citizen and to bring an ID to the polls to vote in elections in the greatest country in the history of the planet," Leavitt proclaimed about the act, which is currently stalled in the Senate due to all Democrats except Pennsylvania's John Fetterman refusing to vote in favor of it.

The New Hampshire native then huffed, "And this idea that the SAVE America Act would disenfranchise anyone is frankly insulting that Americans aren't smart enough to get the proper identification to go vote and show up to the ballot box."

SAVE America Act Stalled in the Senate

President Trump has been urging the U.S. Senate to pass the SAVE America Act.

The act, whose acronym stands for the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act, passed the House in February along a narrow party-line vote. It would require a photo ID to vote and proof of U.S. citizenship for anyone when they register to vote. Once in the Senate, the bill has sputtered as Democrats stand firm that the act will prevent millions from voting, while Republicans point out that nearly every activity in modern life requires some form of personal identification.

The SAVE America Act currently doesn't have the 60 votes required to overcome a filibuster and remains one of the most heated pieces of legislation in Washington, D.C. ahead of the 2026 midterm elections.
