Jennifer Lopez & Ben Affleck Won't Officially Move In Together Until She's 'Financially Free' From Ex-Fiancé Alex Rodriguez
Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck won't be buying a home together, at least for now.
RadarOnline.com has learned the 51-year-old singer won't be selling her Los Angeles mansion anytime soon -- mostly because she's still financially tied to her ex-fiancé Alex Rodriguez.
"Jennifer is still untangling her financial assets from Alex Rodriguez. There is no way she is buying a home with Ben until she is financially free from Alex," sources tell RadarOnline.com.
While J Lo and Affleck's relationship has been moving in the fast lane, we've learned the couple is taking their time when it comes to deciding on permanent living arrangements.
"Jennifer and Ben are spending a lot of time together at her home, but there has been zero talk about Ben getting rid of his place or the pair getting a new home together. At the moment the living arrangement works just fine," our insiders reveal.
J Lo and Affleck both own homes in L.A. The Hustlers actress dropped a whopping $28 million on her Bel-Air estate while her Oscar-winning beau lives in a $20 million "dad pad" in the upscale neighborhood of Pacific Palisades.
RadarOnline.com is told J Lo likes her home better -- especially since Affleck is a cheapskate on essentials.

"As long as Ben is happy staying over at her house - he doesn’t like his place as much as her own and he buys cheap shampoo - everything will be great," our insider says.
Since rekindling in April, followed by a romantic getaway in Montana, J Lo and Affleck have been inseparable.
They have even blended their family.
Besides being a singer, actress, and boss babe, J Lo is also Mom to her 13-year-old twins -- Max and Emme.
Affleck shares three children -- Violet, 15, Seraphina, 12, and Samuel, 9 -- with his ex-wife, Jen Garner.
The couple went into full family mode over the weekend, taking four of their five children to Universal Studios.
J Lo and Affleck were also spotted at the Farmer's Market with Max, Emme, and Sam, just days after returning from their July 4th weekend in The Hamptons.
