Bennifer 2.0 is heating up! Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are in communication "every day" despite being thousands of miles apart.
After spending some quality one-on-one time in Montana, the duo parted ways.
Affleck headed to his $20 million Los Angeles mansion and was the victim of a scary home intruder on Tuesday. J Lo flew back to Miami and went straight to her ex, Alex Rodriguez's gym.
According to PEOPLE, "[Jennifer] is in touch with Ben every day," and they are planning to meet up again soon.
"They are making plans to see each other," the source says. "Jennifer is still very excited about how things are going with Ben."
As RadarOnline.com reported, J Lo looked concerned and was photographed clutching her phone outside of the gym on Wednesday as news broke that Affleck's trespasser was still on the loose.
While police told RadarOnline.com they are still searching for the suspect -- who they believe is a black male -- the Love Don't Cost a Thing singer's ex-Yankee fiancé is cooking up a plan with his PR team.
Sources reveal, A-Rod is "angry and embarrassed" for how quickly J Lo moved on with Affleck, and he's prepared to play the rebound game.
