The 13 Going On 30 actress looked relaxed and free while letting the wind blow against her face during the weekend joy ride, just weeks after making headlines for reuniting with her ex-boyfriend John Miller.
Now that Garner's found love again, she's not taking any chances.
The star was seen soaking up the sunshine while wearing a shirt that read "hug a farmer," a pair of shorts, and a black helmet.
Sporting an interesting pair of high socks with riding shoes, Garner showed her son that one can never be too cautious when traveling on the road.
Leading by example, the ex-Mrs. Affleck proudly rocked the headgear while biking around her neighborhood with Samuel never far behind.
His long, blond hair couldn't be missed, flowing freely underneath his helmet that matched his mama's.
