Disgraced NY Governor Andrew Cuomo Hit With Criminal Complaint From Accuser Who Claims He 'Cupped' Her Breast

Sheriff Craig Apple tells the outlet Cuomo could be facing serious consequences, like a possible arrest, if the evidence is substantial.

“The end result could either be it sounds substantiated and an arrest is made and it would be up to the DA to prosecute the arrest,” he revealed. “Just because of who it is we are not going to rush it or delay it."

"Executive Assistant #1" claims the governor reached under her blouse and fondled one of her breasts as he pulled her in for a hug at the Executive Mansion in Albany on Nov. 16.

In James' report, the unidentified woman recalled the scary encounter to investigations.

"I mean it was—he was like cupping my breast. He cupped my breast,” she said.

"I have to tell you it was—at the moment I was in such shock that I could just tell you that I just remember looking down seeing his hand, seeing the top of my bra and I remember it was like a little even the cup—the kind of bra that I had to the point I could tell you doesn’t really fit me properly, it was a little loose, I just remember seeing exactly that,” the accuser alleged.

She also claims this wasn't the only time Cuomo groped her at the Executive Mansion.

The alleged victim says the governor “moved his hand to grab her butt cheek and began to rub it” for at least five seconds after asking her to take a selfie.

She claims he warned her not to show the photos to anyone. The unidentified woman also alleges that she wanted to tell someone about the incident, but was scared she'd lose her job.

This is just one alleged victim who has spoken out in a long list of others outlined in James' 165-page report.
