Gloria Allred Fires Back At Bill Cosby After Comedian's Team Challenges Sexual Assault Accuser Judy Huth
Gloria Allred is coming for Bill Cosby.
The high-profile attorney showed no mercy after the 83-year-old's legal team challenged her client Judy Huff on Tuesday.
Huff accused Cosby of sexually assaulting her in 1974 at the Playboy mansion when she was just 15 years old.
After his sexual assault conviction in the Andrea Constand case was overturned, Allred held a press release and revealed Cosby still potentially faces a legal battle against Huff.
The disgraced comedian's lawyer, Jennifer Bonjean, released a statement saying they were looking forward to their day in court.
Bonjean also alluded that Allred was on a smear campaign of her client.

"The Pennsylvania Supreme Court did not vindicate Bill Cosby in any way shape or form. Their decision to vacate his conviction was based solely on procedural grounds and was not a vindication of Mr. Cosby," Allred told RadarOnline.com.
"Our client Judy Huth is very brave. Attacks on her or her lawsuit by Mr. Cosby’s representatives will not deter her."
Explaining the fight isn't over, the Los Angeles-based attorney said she's "looking forward to asking the Court to allow us to proceed to take Mr. Cosby’s second deposition in this case."
"Previously, over Mr. Cosby’s objections, the Court ruled that we could take his second deposition, but issued a stay on our taking it until such time as Mr. Cosby’s criminal case in Pennsylvania concluded. Now that it has concluded we will be asking the Court to allow us to take Mr. Cosby’s deposition," Allred continued.
"At Mr. Cosby’s second deposition in this case he will not be able to invoke the fifth amendment privilege against self-incrimination and decline to answer questions we pose to him on that basis," she added.
Ending her statement to RadarOnline.com, Allred -- who once represented 33 of Cosby's accusers -- said, "We are honored to represent Judy Huth as she continues her courageous journey to justice in this case."
Cosby was released from prison last week after his sexual assault conviction was overturned due to a technicality.
