‘Flip or Flop’ Star Christina Haack Buys $10.3 Million Mansion After Going Public With New Boyfriend Following Ant Anstead Divorce
Christina Haack has had an action-packed year, to say the least. So far, she has finalized her divorce from her second ex-husband Ant Anstead, sold their $5.4 million Newport Beach home, and purchased a $2.5 million vacation property in Nashville.
The longtime HGTV host most recently made headlines for an alleged verbal altercation with her first ex-husband and co-star on Flip or Flop, Tarek El Moussa.
Now, Haack has reportedly purchased a $10.3 million mansion in Dana Point – which is an expensive and exclusive gated community situated in California’s luxurious Orange County.
According to Yahoo! Life, the blonde bombshell's 6,000-spare-foot home was built in 2020 —so it's brand spanking new, despite being on the market since June of last year.
Haack has plenty of room for her three children because she now has five bedrooms and a total of 6.5 bathrooms.
The Christina on the Coast star’s new mansion is part of a larger community of homes called The Strand at Headlands. Other homes in the area have reportedly sold for around $13.5 million, so it is possible Haack received a good deal for her posh new mansion.
Haack's home is perfect for entertaining.

“The home's open floor plan centers around an expansive space in which the main living room, kitchen and dining room run together," reports Taste of Country.
It also features a theater room for movie night and a game room with a pool table.
When the kids are away with her exes, Haack and her new man will have plenty to do in the bedroom.
The HGTV host's master suite reportedly has a fireplace, soaking tub, and separate shower.
If the new couple wants to take in the scenery, all Haack and her man have to do is step outside on the balcony for a beautiful view of the ocean and the mountains.
Haack's new home comes only weeks after Tarek allegedly bragged that his new Selling Sunset fiancé Heather Rae Young was both “hotter and richer” than Haack.
With a beautiful, luxurious, and expensive new mansion like this, it seems Haack may be the richer of the two.
