Diddy Selling Home Of Late Ex-Girlfriend Kim Porter For $7 Million, Three Years After Her Death
Sean ‘P. Diddy’ Combs is selling the Los Angeles mansion and home of his late ex-girlfriend Kim Porter three years after her death.
Porter, who passed away in 2018 of lobar pneumonia at the L.A. mansion, lived at the property with the three children she shared with the rapper. She stayed at the pad from 2009, when the property was purchased by Diddy for a little more than $5 million, until her tragic and untimely death three years ago.
The three children the once on-again-off-again couple shared – son Christian, 23, and twin daughters Jessie James and D’Lila Star, 14 – lived with Porter at the mansion. Even though P. Diddy owned it, he never lived there and only visited. It is also reported that Diddy stopped visiting the Toluca Lake mansion for good following Porter’s death at 47-years-old.
The mansion was officially listed on the market on Thursday, October 21.
“Rare opportunity to acquire one of the largest and grandest homes in Toluca Lake,” the listing reads. “Approximately 10,000 sq. ft. gated estate on a half an acre. Located on one of the most prestigious streets in the San Fernando Valley, this stunning traditional is ready for the next owners updated finishes.”

The mansion has been vacant since Porter’s death, and the pictures of the property shared on the listing show the home to be completely empty besides a Cadillac Escalade in the driveway.
Although the couple officially ended their relationship in 2007, the two still remained friendly up until the model and actress’s death.
“He and Kim were still very close friends and co-parents even though their romantic relationship didn't work,” a mutual friend said in 2018 after Porter’s death. “They were still a family.”
Diddy even posted a clip to social media on December 15, 2020, for what would have been Porter’s 50th birthday, writing: “HAPPY BIRTHDAY BABY @ladykp. Words can't explain how much we miss you but today is your birthday. We're celebrating you today! We love and we miss you!!!!!”
