Danny Masterson Accuser Delivers Harrowing Testimony Accusing Actor Of Holding Gun To Her Head, Raping Her
Danny Masterson's rape accuser came face-to-face with That '70s Show star in court and gave a harrowing testimony about the night he allegedly drugged her, raped her, and held a gun to her head.
46-year-old Jennifer B -- whose full name is being withheld -- broke down in tears while sitting on the stand in Downtown Los Angeles on Tuesday.
Recounting her story of the night in 2003 where she claims Masterson rapped her, Jennifer alleges the actor piled her with a "fruity drink," put her in the jacuzzi, and carried her to his bed where he allegedly proceeded to have sex with her as she reportedly attempted to fight him off.
What she claims happened next is equally as horrifying.
Jennifer told the court that after Masterson was done allegedly raping her, the Scientologist reportedly grabbed a gun and warned her, "Don't say a f----ng word. You're not going to tell anybody."
Jennifer was also a Scientologist at the time and claims she went to the church and asked for permission to report the alleged crime to the police.
According to her, church officials said no and warned her not to talk about the alleged rape with anyone outside of Scientology or she'd be shunned.
Jennifer told the court that once she was thrown in the jacuzzi and began sipping on her drink, she felt "blurry."
"I kept saying, 'something's wrong….my vision was not good,''' she said.

Jennifer claims she was helped out of the water by Luke Watson and she "couldn't walk or stand."
"I was swaying. I couldn't see anything….It was really hard to breathe," she remembered.
Masterson allegedly ignored Watson's wishes to leave her alone, instead reportedly responding by saying, "Oh no. She's my homey. I would never…….."
Jennifer claims the actor took her upstairs and put her in the shower while degrading her by stating, "You're disgusting. There's vomit all over. You need a shower."
Breaking down in tears, she told the court how she was falling in and out of consciousness but remembers being topless in the shower with Masterson allegedly "soaping my breasts."
"I punched him in the chest because I could not believe that he was touching my breasts," she said.
After the shower, she says she passed out.
"When I came to he was on top of me and inside me. I think I was completely naked at that point. I can recall grabbing his hair to pull him off and I also recall taking a pillow and pushing it toward his face because I could not get him off me. I couldn't breathe and I felt myself going unconscious again," Jennifer claimed.
At one point, she remembers another male voice outside the room.
That's when she claims Masterson picked up a gun and told her, "Don't move. Don't f---ing move."
Tuesday was day one of the preliminary trial.
It is expected to last four days.
