According to KDVR, the case file has been sealed, so there is little information available about the incident.
Reichert told KDVR that Hernandez “won’t admit to anything.”
The mom alleged, “All she’s said is she was drinking, and he got hurt in her care.”
On Nov. 23, police announced Hernandez was taken into custody after a warrant was issued for her arrest a day earlier.
She was booked into jail on suspicion of child abuse – cruelty toward a child charges and is being held on a $100,000 bond, officials said.
